This fully configured GaN-based solution is engineered to deliver outstanding performance and adaptability for a wide range of industrial and battery-powered applications.

Specifically designed for 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor drive systems, the EPC91200 features the EPC2305, a state-of-the-art 150 V GaN FET with an ultra-low RDS(on) of 3.0 mΩ. Supporting an extensive input voltage range from 30 V to 130 V, the EPC91200 is well-suited for 80 V and 110 V battery systems commonly found in industrial automation, agricultural machinery, and material handling equipment such as forklifts.
